How to Lose Weight

Ever heard of "Master Cleanse" by Stanley Burroughs?

Well neither had I until I heard Beyonce Knowles announce on the Oprah Winfrey show that she had lost 20 pounds on the Master Cleanse diet in preparation for her starring role in the new film "Dreamgirls".

Well, that made me sit up and take notice, and being a "Ready, Aim, Fire" sort of person, I almost broke a leg in my haste to get my hands on a copy, and to dive straight in - headfirst!

Remember Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman"? When she went back to that aloof commission only saleswoman who'd treated her like a hooker?

She said, "BIG mistake, Big, Huge!"

Well folks, that's exactly how I felt. Two days into that crazy lemonade diet and I knew I'd also made a HUGE mistake.

I thought I was about to die. Talk about paying the price? Heck, my bones and joints ached, I had a screaming headache, I was vomiting every hour on the hour, I was as dizzy as hell, and I felt totally nauseated.

It was freaking impossible!

And when my doctor told me that I'd be passing yucky green marble sized gallstones if I persisted, I dropped the darn thing like the proverbial hot potato.

Sheesh!

My hat off to Beyonce for seeing it through!

But then a friend of a friend told me about his pal, Raylen. Apparently this guy had figured out a way of making the whole thing doable; In fact he claimed he'd developed a method of getting past most of the dangerous, nasty, painful, gut-wrenching side effects.

So I got in touch.

Boy, am I glad I did?

I breezed through the whole 10 day course and came through feeling absolutely fantastic, and on top of that, I dropped over 25 pounds of flab.

And the whole thing cost me less that a steak dinner at my favorite restaurant!

Stick around folks, he's putting the whole thing into an Ebook, and when he's ready, I'll get his permission to pass his name on to you.
